D Best Inspired Coaching, operating as A Click 2 Inspire, ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Deborah (Deb) Best and offers professional services including individual and executive coaching, speaking engagements, writing, and digital resources. We are based in British Columbia, Canada, and serve clients throughout Canada and internationally.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, booking a service, purchasing a product, or downloading any resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
3. Services Offered
We offer the following services:
Individual and executive coaching (Integral Coaching® methodology)
Speaking engagements, keynotes, presentations, and workshops
Writing, articles, and thought leadership resources
Digital downloadable resources (guides, practices, and reflections)
Webinars (virtual sessions via Zoom or similar platforms)
Future services may include physical merchandise. These Terms will be updated at that time. Any references to a store or merchandise on this website are for informational purposes only, and currently link to third-party platforms such as Amazon. We do not process physical merchandise orders at this time.
4. Coaching Services
4.1 Nature of Coaching
Coaching services provided by D Best Inspired Coaching are educational and developmental in nature. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, or legal advice. Participation in coaching does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, we encourage you to seek the assistance of a qualified professional.
4.2 Integral Coaching®
Coaching engagements are delivered using the Integral Coaching® methodology, a holistic approach addressing mind, body, and emotions. Outcomes depend on the individual client’s engagement, readiness, and commitment and are not guaranteed.
4.3 Engagement Terms
Coaching fees, session frequency, confidentiality, and the scope of engagements are agreed upon in a separate Coaching Agreement prior to commencement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement shall prevail.
4.4 Cancellation
Cancellation policies are set out in your Coaching Agreement. Deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable in accordance with those terms.
5. Speaking and Workshop Engagements
Speaking, workshop, and keynote engagements are governed by a separate Speaker Agreement or services contract. Fees, travel expenses, cancellation terms, and deliverables are confirmed in writing prior to any engagement.
6. Digital Products and Resources
Free and paid digital resources (including guides, reflective practices, and written materials) are available for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from D Best Inspired Coaching.
All digital product sales are final. Refunds are not provided for digital products, except where required by applicable law.
7. Third-Party Links (Including Amazon)
This website may contain links to third-party websites and platforms, including Amazon, for the purpose of referencing or recommending products such as books or materials. These links are provided for convenience only.
D Best Inspired Coaching does not sell, fulfill, or take responsibility for any transactions completed on third-party platforms. We accept payment via methods outlined on the booking or checkout page. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel orders in such circumstances.

This website and all content, resources, and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. 8. Retention of Personal Information

General retention guidelines:
Inquiry and contact form data: retained for up to 2 years unless an ongoing relationship exists
Coaching client records: retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years following completion, consistent with applicable professional and tax obligations
Newsletter subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe
