Where strategy meets spirit, transformation begins

I work with professionals, executives, and leaders who are navigating complexity — externally in their roles or internally in how they experience their work.

Many are highly capable and successful, yet quietly managing pressure, uncertainty, or a sense that something is not fully aligned. They are ready to grow in ways that are deeply meaningful: to move from performance-driven success to aligned, sustainable leadership.

This is not performative. It is transformational.

About Me

My work reflects a simple belief: when we understand ourselves more deeply, we change how we lead, live, and relate to one another.

With over 30 years as a senior human resources leader, I bring a depth of experience to personal, professional, team, and organizational development. A mum and partner, lifelong volunteer, award-winning HR executive and lecturer, my work is grounded in lived experience and professional practice.

I am a Canadian of settler heritage with Indigenous spiritual practices, committed to healing humanity through work and relationships. I believe in interconnection: that while we navigate our individual experiences, we are inescapably related through our humanity and with nature.

Clarifying and refining the need ensures the coaching plan is addressing what really matters most: not surface, we go deep.
